Scarce. A well used incomplete set (lacking volume 1) from the library of Nick Legon, Kew mycologist and author of the Basidiomycota checklist, whose signature is on the title pages and whose occasional notes appear within. He has also created a key with coloured sticky dots across all volumes to distinguish between British and Non-British species. Most volumes remain crisp and clean internally. Most volumes are a little corner bumped with varying degrees of wear and some marks to the covers; varying degrees of thumb marking to the fore-edge of textblocks. Vol. 4 has a tear to the spine making the cover fragile. Vol. 8 has a split to the textblock but remains firmly bound. 1973, 1975, 1976, 1978, 1981, 1984, 1988 respectively.
