4 volume set. Vol.1: 1928 3rd edn., vol. 2: 1929 4th edn., vol. 3: 1929 2nd edn. All internally very crisp, clean and bright. Vol 2. has a small tear to the rear FEP. Vol. 3 rear hinge cracked. DJs, all with their pastedown photo to the front, all have some soot staining to spines, edgewear, chips and small-medium sized tears, with loss to the spines of vols. 2 & 3. Vol. 1 & 2 DJs have some tape repairs to spine. A lovely set, which still contains a bookmark cut from an envelope franked 1930.
