Author Biography

Oscar Thomas spent his school years volunteering for conservation organizations, advocating and raising awareness for Aotearoa New Zealand’s unique birds. Born in Auckland, Oscar now resides in Dunedin after completing a Master’s in Ecology at the University of Otago, and works as an expedition guide to remote destinations like the Subantarctic Islands to share wildlife with others.
